How the grader works, what we do with your URL, and what to fix first.
We run 33 individual checks and group them into five weighted categories: speed and performance (30 points), search visibility (25), security and trust (20), mobile and usability (15), and AI search readiness (10) - 100 points in total. Every check is shown with a pass or fail mark, so you can see exactly which ones cost you points and what fixing each is worth.

Grading a page means our server has to fetch it, so the URL you type is sent to our server - the URL, nothing else. We set no cookies and run no advertising or cross-site tracking pixels. Not every check makes sense for every site. When a check cannot be measured for your page, we mark it as not applicable and it does not count for or against your score - you are only graded on the checks we could actually run.
Start with the top fixes list under your score - it is sorted so the highest-impact items come first, and issues like a missing page title or meta description are usually quick wins. Speed and search visibility carry over half the available points between them, so problems in those two categories move your score the most.
