These terms cover your use of NicheGlobe Free Tools, operated by IdaMil LLC. Using the site means you accept them. They are written to be read, not to be survived.
NicheGlobe Free Tools provides the products and tools described on this site. Where we quote a price and a delivery window, we intend to meet both, and we back that with the refund terms below.
You own your deliverable. On full payment, the finished custom work we produce for you — your site copy and design, your resume, your deck, your files — is yours to use, edit, and keep, without ongoing licence fees to us. You also keep everything you sent us.
We keep ownership of our own underlying tools, templates, systems, and brand. We may describe the work in general terms as an example of what we do; tell us if you would rather we did not, and we will not.
Our free tools are provided as-is and are intended as a helpful starting point, not as professional advice. A website score is not an SEO audit; a resume score is not a hiring decision; a generated invoice is not legal or tax advice; a generated business name is not a trademark clearance search. Check availability and legal questions with the appropriate professional before you rely on them.
We aim to keep everything running but do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change or retire a free tool at any time. We will not retire a paid product you have an active order or subscription on without either delivering it or refunding you.
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to a product is limited to the amount you paid us for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, lost opportunities, or lost data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including for fraud, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, in which case those limitations do not apply to you and you keep the rights your local law gives you.
You can stop using the site at any time and cancel any subscription by email. We may suspend an account that is being used unlawfully or abusively; if we do that while you have paid for undelivered work, we will refund it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which IdaMil LLC is organised, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before any formal proceeding, both sides agree to try to resolve the matter by email in good faith — in practice this has always been enough.
